Panel is usually made out of polarizer
which displays image to LCD monitor, glass, TAB
IC and Tab Board. These partes could be understood
as the most essential parts of LCD monitor and which
manufacturing methods are complicated and hard.
There are not many companies
which can make those parts. Only Samsung and LG
have a technology to make them. Since LCD panel
manufacturing is complecated, thus the repairing
of them is not easy.
Polarizer protect
class on the panel and the most outter surface of
panel. During a repairing process by a scratchm,
a single dust would cause a panel useless. Tab IC
bond glass and TaB boards and
repairing of those product demands delicate aligning
and bonding. The bonding process is performed with
ACF. ACF is a special glue which can transport electricity.
A single dust in the bonding process cause a fatal
errors on the panel. Since these bonding process
is complecated, LCD panel could be perfectly repaired
