  Most of the hard disk drives are made in clean environment(class 100)
A magenetic head of hard disk rive fly on a platter and reads and writes data. Thus not a single dust is not allowded. Myung Information Technology have made a massive investment on a enviornment of repairing like that of hard disk manufacturing. Myung Information Technology have installed a clean room of vertical flow type clean room. Vertical flow type clean room is one of the most expensive type of clean room in installation and operation. It check a cleanness and make an adaquete environment of repairing. Selection of this system shows our heart to customers.
 
   
 
Minimizatio of errors
  We adopt this clean room system to minimize uncertainty in recovering process.
 
 

1. In general environment, it has a dust density of class 10,000 to 100,000. Even a small dust
will cause a damage to a platter and also gives shock to a magnetic head and will cause error and
make a big scratches because it prevent magenetic head which reads data.
2. Myung information Technology have many branch offices in Korea but physical errors can be only
solved in clean room.
3. In order to do this operation, head office have 300 square meters of clean room facilities and recovery engineer are allowed to wear only dust prevention cloth.
4. This kind of effort shows our effort to recover a non-recognized hard disk drives

 
   

Static electricity prevention
  A magenetic heads of hard disk drives uses very weak electricity
 
 

1. Most of the current hard disk drives uses GMR head. A single surface of platter have
a storage capacity of more than 40GB. The platter have a high density of tracks.
2. A very week static energy and/or electronic shock cause a critical damage to an operation reading and writing a data.
3. Clean room facilities keeps adaquete temperature and humidity and prvent static electricity.
All of our engineers wear anti dust cloth and wear anti static wrist belt and preventt all reason which hindersdata recvoery.
